When sending out a mail merge in Word XP, (for whatever reason) it will make the text larger, and all information beyond a certain point (in the left margin is unreadable).  I have only used clip art sparingly and normal .doc formatting (indent, bold, italics, etc).  When I select the entire document and remove all formatting it works fine, but the .doc is not professional looking and desperately needs normal formatting.  I have tried many test emails and can't seem to find a common pattern.  All help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

This group isn't really specialized in HTML formatting or anything to do
with Email. You might want to try asking this in an OUTLOOK group.

My guess is that it's a question of how your email program is interpreting
what Word is producing (a browser uses "Small", "Medium" and "Large" font
display sizes, for example). You could try playing with the settings in
Tools/Options/General/Web options to see if any of these make a difference
in what Word exports.
