I'm not sure if this is the correct group to ask, but
after I merge info from Access, I have all my records in
Word (roughly 190).  I can see all of the records, but
when I print only every other record prints.  I'm
choosing print all records.  Does anyone have any ideas
on this?

Hi Kelly,

Do you have a { Next Record } field in the mailmerge main document.   Such
fields are only required on all but the first label on a label mailmerge, so
if you have such a field and you are doing any other sort of mailmerge, that
is what will be causing your problem.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.
Hope this helps

I did have a (Next Record) field in the main document.
Your suggestion fixed my problem.  Once deleted all
records print fine.  Thanks for the help.
