I am trying to print Avery labels 5160. Since upgrading to
xp, mail merge is not working properly. When I complete
the merge I get 2 lines :
John Smith
123 apple lane toronto
instead of

John Smith
123 apple lane
toronto on n6b2m3
Not only does the 3rd line not appear, the city name ends
up with the address.

What is the data source?

What fields are you inserting in your document? (Use Alt-F9 to have a look)
If you are using an ADDRESSBLOCK field you
a. may need to change the way the fields are matched (e.g. right-click the
field, Properties, Match fields button
b. could consider reverting to using individual fields which you must have
done in 2000 or 97 (or whatever you were using).
