I have a catalog mailmerge format that breaks the text across the page or the group of text that I want to stay together.  Any help is appreciated in advance. Thanks Paul

Hi Paul,

Place the fields inside the cells of a one row table (without borders if
that's the way you want it) but with the Allow rows to break across pages
option disabled under the Tables menu.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.
Hope this helps
