provide the label number. Check for equivalence with the labels you are
using.

Thanks for the response but it looks like I didn't express myself
clearly.
I'm not working with any label in particular, I've only defined that I
need a label of a certain size.
I find it a pain to scroll through all the labels which Word lists by
mfr in product # order, when I'd like to be able to find the label by
size (ex. List all labels x" in length and y" in height).
For ex. does Word maintain a text file with the label info that I could
copy and import into XL?
Or could I do it in VBA?
This is not the end of the world, just an annoyance for me.
