Send to from Word 2K hangs Outlook and Word

I'm running OfficePro2000-SP2 on WinXPPro-SP1. More often than not, when Itry to use Send to from Word, Outlokk will freeze as will Word. I usually have to use the three fingered salute, where I'll multiple instances of Outlook.exe processes running, to kill both Outlook and word. Sometime I need to reboot to send the message. Suggestions?

I'd try asking this in an Outlook newsgroup.
