I have used the following command line for putting a
barcode in a word2000 mailmerge form letter.
{BARCODE"{MERGEFIELD ADDRESS}
{MERGEFIELD ZIP}" \u}

It prints the zip code but not the USPS postnet barcode.

How do I print the USPS postnet barcode in a form letter
that I wish to insert into a window envelope?  I do not
want to use labels because the placement on the letter
would be too hard to maintain plus it would look bad.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Carl

Hi Carl,

I recommend you set up a label merge, view the label sheet
(close the mail merge wizard) and COPY the barcode field
into your letter. You can then discard the label sheet
without saving.

FWIW, looking at your field, I'd guess you'd need to press
ENTER just after ZIP" and that there should be no space
after that closing quotation mark and \u
