Word 2003 -
I have several templates using the "text form field". I
can type autotext entries in these fields but I can't
choose autotext entries from the insert autotext menu -
any ideas on how to get around this?
Also, when using autotext entries that having identical
first two words it does not try to pull either entry ie:
Dr. Michael Smith
Dr. Michael Jones
typing Dr. Michael S does not bring up either entry.

A suggestion: Rename your AutoText entries so that they are more likely to
be unique in the first two words and are not likely to be automatically
triggered. i.e.,
Dr. Michael Smith => nSmithMichael
Dr. Michael Jones => nJonesMichael

This takes a little more planning but with a consistent system, they will be
easy to remember.
