Office XP - SP2. WIN 2K SP4. Opened a new Word document. Merging data
(names, addresses) from Excel spreadsheet in the form of Avery 5160 labels.
When I do the merge, I get the first sheet with all the records as should
be. Page 2 should pickup where page 1 left off. However, Page 2 simply
replaces the very first (top left) label data with the data that was in
position 2 and shifts all of the other records to the left 1 label. ie.. 1
label closer to the top left label. When I click to go to sheet 3, same
thing, Top left label data is replaced with the next record and every other
label is move one label closer to the top left label.
Any ideas?
When I clicked "next record" in the mail merge toolbar, it literally moved
the next record to the uppermost left label. However, when I printed or
merged to another document, it operated correctly. My bad.

You must complete the merge to produce the labels - see
