I am trying to mail a document for review but this option is "grayed out" so I am unable to select it.  I can mail it as an attachment, or fax it, but not (for review).  Any thoughts would be helpful.

I forgot to include that I am using Office 2003, Outlook Express, and runing XP Pro.

This group is primarily for *mail merge*, which has very little to do with
email. And most of the regulars here don't use Word as an email editor, so our
understanding of how these systems work is rather limited.

I suggest you try asking this in the word.docmanagement and an OUTLOOK
newsgroup. Even though you have Outlook Express, the Outlook people may know
what makes the feature in question "tick".
