Doug Robbins - Word MVP - DELETE UPPERCASE CHARACTERS FROM EMAIL ADDRESS - 17 Jan 2004 02:22 GMT
Hi David,
Does the recipient have their mail program set up so as to "Read all
messages in Plain Text"? That is often recommended to reduce the
likeliehood of malicious code being run.
Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.
Hope this helps

Are you sending your email via Word's File Send to option? If so, do you
have an option in Outlook Tools|Options|Mail format|Message format|Internet
format that allows you to specify that "When an HTML message contains
pictures located on the Internet, send a copy of the pictures instead of the
references to their locations"? If so, is it checked? If so, trying
unchecking it.
