I am new to Word 2003. Before this I had Word 2000. My problem is that I wish to use the contacts from Outlook as my Data Source. This is no problem, but I am trying to use the client’s Nickname from Contacts on the Greeting Line. But the nickname is not on the Field drop-down list even though I have entered nickname in the contacts (under Details>Nickname). How do I get the Nickname field to show up on the Field drop-down list?

I would appreciate your help.
