Hello,
I have an excel file which has all the fields I need to
print labels. I open it with open data source, however I
do not know how I can print labels on a letter which has
30 labels on it. What is the fastest and easiest way?
Thanks,
Jim.

Sorry, it isn't completely clear what the problem is.

Do you want to take data from your Excel worksheet and print a number of
labels from it? (In which case you should look at the basic facilities of
Word Mailmerge)

Or maybe you have a form letter where you have

Dear so-and-so

Some general text...

then a number of labels to print on each letter?

Or something else?

Perhaps you can describe what your data looks like and exactly what outputs
you want. Also, saying which version of Word/Excel you are using may help.

You mean, how do you transfer the Excel data onto labels,
one "row" to a label? Mail merge is the answer, so you'd be
in the right place.

But in order to answer your question we'd need to know
which version of Word you have?

If you're in a hurry (can't wait perhaps 24 - 48 hours for
an answer) you might try the tutorial at word.mvps.org
