!HELP! labels to envelopes & word talking to outlook contacts

!HELP!

okay, i've got two problems.

1. i have a document formatted for avery labels 8160 with
60 addresses (tow pages). I would like to transfer these
addresses to an envelope.

2. I can not get my microsoft word 2002 to talk to
and /or recognize my outlook express address book.

If you have any ideas that could help resolve either of
these problems, please e-mail me at the above address asap.

Re 2. The OE address book is not MAPI compliant which means it cannot be
used as is. You can export it to a Windows Personal Address Book and then
use that.
