any inexpensive way to get a digital signature to input to
letters I do on word and currently sign manually a
thousand at a time. it would be a huge time savings for
me. thanks.

Scan a good copy of your signature (or take a photo with a digital camera),
transfer it to a file on your PC in a suitable format (e.g. bmp or jpg),
then insert the image using Insert|Picture?

Am I missing the point?
