Merge with pie charts

I am using data in one excel spreadsheet to create a mail merge
document.

I have another excel spreadsheet with salary breakup data for each of
the employees in the first spreadsheet (one row of data for each
employee in first spreadsheet and in same order).

When I do the mail merge I am using data from the first spreadsheet to
populate name and other personal data.
I want to use data from the second spreadsheet to draw pie charts (in
the merged document) for each employees salary breakup.
But when I run the mail merge I get the salary breakup data from only
the first person's row (from the second spreadsheet) appear for all the
employees in the merged document.

If this is not possible using Word 2000, is there any other word
processor capable of doing this ?

Hi Newuser,

No version of Word can mail merge a chart without "help" from you. I have
no idea if there are other Word processors capable of doing this. From
the sound of it, an Access report might give you a useable result with
minimal effort.

As to Word, the question has come up regularly in this group; if you
search my name and chart on Google.com you should turn up a number of
discussions where the three basic approaches are outlined.
