Hi Newuser,
No version of Word can mail merge a chart without "help" from you. I have
no idea if there are other Word processors capable of doing this. From
the sound of it, an Access report might give you a useable result with
minimal effort.
As to Word, the question has come up regularly in this group; if you
search my name and chart on Google.com you should turn up a number of
discussions where the three basic approaches are outlined.
