address labels

I have works suite 2001 on a compac computer with windows
xp. I have my address book all set up and have been able
to print out the WHOLE list. I am trying to figure out how
to select a few instead of the whole list for address
labels. When I do the set up in Word the Pcture It
Publishing program opens up and I get to the point where I
have selected the data source and my address list opens up
but I can't figure out how to just get the specific ones I
want. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Julie,

I think you need to ask this in a WORKS newsgroup, as
Word-in-Works handles mail merge differently than
Word-application outside of Works...
