Hi,

How to do this:
I have one letter in  word template like this:
<<Date>>

Dear <<salutation>> <<last name>>,

...

( letter body part)

Best regards

and an excel file with all receiver's name and address:

Assigned  firstname lastname Confirmed...

LL1,LL1     LL1        LL1

LL2,LL2     LL2        LL2

How can I print out this letter one by one with all receiver's name and
address on every letter?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

You mean, like a "copies to" block? Have you tried copying the cells in
Excel and using Edit/Paste Special in Word to paste with a link? If this
doesn't help, please explain how it falls short, as there are a number of
variations we can try.
