I am trying to print a list of addresses onto labels using the mail
merge facility in Word 2002. Everythign gets merged and prints, but it
doesn't stay within the lines of the label.

I am using Avery L7162 labels and when I print a sheet of labels the
normal way they all rpint correctly but on a mail merge the records
all move up the page until they are gradually encroaching upon the
record aboves. On the first page alone the last row of labels has only
just caught the post code as the rest is sitting in the label above.

I had this problem before and someone suggested a fix for it but I
can't remember or find the fix again. If anyone can enlighten me, it
would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Andrew

Possible suggestions would have been

1. Check the Avery site for an update to the Avery label wizard

2. Merge to a new document, and if that's correct, print that

Thanks for that Cindy. If I am having the same problem it seems that
my labels have defaulted to letter again from A4 and so obviously the
labels will be out of synch. I'll have a look at the configuration
tomorrow, and see if that fixes it.

Cheers

Right. I keep forgetting about that possibility. Thanks for
the reminder :-)
