I have an A5 Word .doc which I believe to be a
Word.Document.8

When opened and printed in Word 97 or Word 2000 all is
correct.

When opened in Word 2002 or Word 2003 the line width is
correct but extra "paper" is shown - rather like A4 and on
printing everything is reduced by about 33%

Any clues, please and thank you

John

Hi John,

This isn't really the best place to ask; word.docmanagment
would be more appropriate, for example. But a number of
places to check occur to me:

1. Tools/Options/Print: make sure automatic resizing between
A4/Letter is not activated

2. Make sure "Track changes" isn't on, and that all changes
have been accepted or rejected. What this really sounds like
is room is being made for the "balloons"

3. File/Print, something is set for the "Zoom".
