Hi,

Is there an easy way, other than Nested "IF" statements to
select from one (1) to Five (5) records from an Excell DB
and merge them in Word?

I have the Nested "IF" statement method working, but
there's got to be a cleaner way!

Thank you in advance,

Mr K

In Word 2000 an earlier, use Query options (Open the mail merge helper and
choose query options. What happens then depends on how Word has connected to
Excel, but you /may/ be able to enter up to 5 date comparisons

In Word 2002 and later you may be able to use the same dialog box (go to the
Edit recipients dialog, select a column label and choose Advanced... in the
drop-down list. But I suspect that Word will just throw away any date query
options, in which case, please let us know which version of Word and what is
happening.)

Hi Mr,

Let's stick to your first question-thread and follow-up
there. What you're trying to do still isn't clear.
