I have a mail-merge document that, after I merge, a blank
page is inserted after each record. You can only see this
blank page in print preview and it has a blue dashed line
that connects it to the other page. I cannot select this
page nor delete it. How do I get rid of it cause it
messes up my printing....please help!!!

The main reasons I know for mysterious blank pages are
a. you use an odd page section break on an odd-numbered page or an even
page section break on an even-numbered page, so Word has to insert a blank
page. I think those ones show up in print preview.
b. your document is set up as double-sided (e.g. mirror margins in
File|Print Setup) and a section break would cause the first page of the next
section to be on the left hand side - imagine you are looking at an open
book - new Chapters only ever start on the right hand page. Word has this as
a built-in assumption (at least for text in L-R alphabets) for new sections.
I feel sure I should know but I can't help with the blue dashed line.

Hi James,

This almost sounds like something to do with "Track
changes". Are you certain you have that turned off and have
accepted/rejected all changes?
