Fill-in field-Send as email attachement

Is there a way to send a Word doc, that used Fill-in
fields to insert data, to turn into a regular document.
What I mean is, I want the docuement with the data from
the Fill-in fields but without the document being a Use
Form again and showing the Fill-in input spots.

Use Ctrl + A to select all then
Ctrl + Shift + F9 to unlink fields

Thank you Doug for responding. Your suggestion worked I
looked everywhere in Word Help and on Microsofts web page
and couldn't find anything.
