I have an excel file I am using to do a mail merge with - The excel file may
contain multiple rows for a particular letter - What I was wondering is
there a way to have word force a page break when a certain cell in the excel
file changes. Below is a sample of the excel file
custid name addr1
addr2 city state zip
descr Premium2003
Premium2002 status
---------- ------------------------------ ------------------------------ ---
--------------------------- ------------------------------ ----- ----------
---------------------------------------- ------------------------ ----------
-------------- ------
000100 Test PO BOX
111111 COLLEGE PARK
GA 30349 Garage & Trucking 12783.0
22682.0 010
000100 Test PO BOX
111111 COLLEGE PARK
GA 30349 Personal Property 11217.0
9584.0 010
000102 Test 2 PO BOX
2222 10 E. MAIN ST CARTERSVILLE
GA 301201179 Commercial Property & Casualty 18681.0
17762.0 010
so when the custid field changes, do a page break and mail merge the next
data.
Thanks for your help
