To anyone who may be able to answer this:

When mail merging to an email, are there programs other
than Outlook that one can use to merge to?  What are the
names of these programs?

And is it possible to do it into an MSN internet account?
so like, myname@msn.com . . . and does it have to be a
paid account?

We've just upgraded to 2000 and xp in my office, so we're
newly discovering these things.  Thank you!

Hi Jen,

Well, I'm certainly not an expert on email merge, but
apparently no one else has any ideas or experiences they care
to share...

Word mail merge can certainly merge to other email
applications than Outlook. It can merge to Outlook Express or
the Lotus notes email, for example. You have to be sure that
the program is set as your default email program.

It doesn't matter what the email address is to which an email
is sent during the merge, as long as it's valid.
myname@msn.com should work just fine.
