Hi anyone

Do you know how to remove blank lines in the address
block where an address is a short one without affecting
longer addresses that require that field?

I.E

Mr. J. Bloggs
10 Any Road

Any Town
Anywhere
AN5 4DB

as opposed to:

Mr. J. Bloggs
10 Any Road
Any Industrial Estate
Any Town
Anywhere
AN5 4DB

Many thanks for your help

Deryn

Hi Deryn,

Which version of Word are we discussing?

And when you say "address block" are you referring to a
particular feature in Word, or just "address block" as a
general thing?

Finally, what's your data source? (Word table, Excel file,
etc.)
