"Lost" main document

After I do  a mail merge, and print the letters, and the envelopes, I tend to lose the original letter.  When I open the file for the letter, I get a sample envelope, with an address on it.

did you post a bit earlier as "JVR"? This looks like the same message...
Please follow up in the original post, to which I've written a response.

(And I, personally, would appreciate it very much if you could use the
same tool as in the first message to post to the newsgroup. You see what
the MS interface does to your name? And it also creates very long lines
that then break over oddly.)
