MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / February 2004Merge Mail to E-mail Address
Hello all, A quick query, hope someone can help shed some light on this. I log onto my PC at work and log onto our exchange server. I have access to various mailboxes including my own using outlook. I have setup word to send a merge mail to various e-mail addresses which seems to work fine, however, I would like for the mails to come 'from' one of the other mailboxes as apposed to my own. There's no way to do it in Word. I set up a second profile using my Hotmail account (my first profile is an Exchange Server account). I then sent a mail merge to my hotmail and Exchange Server accounts. It worked great - I got the mail merge from the hotmail account.
