Hello, I'm trying to do a email.  I want the greeting line to say dear and then each recipient's name, but it just puts to whom it may concern.  I thought it was because the first and last names were in the same cell in the .csv file so I did a  sample and I split the names up into two columns, first and last names .  When I tried to do a mail merge in Word it still doesn't recognize the name and just put To whom it may concern.  If someone could help me figure this out, I would really appreciate it.   Thanks, Mindy
