A field calculation error occurred in record I keep getting this error if I click merge, but the it works and all the data is in the documents from the Access database, so I am confused? Hi Confused, We need more information :-) Version of Word? Have you added any fields other than Merge fields to the main merge document? Especially in the header/footer area? If you set up a new merge document, as a test, and insert the same fields into it (plus a little text, but not much :-)) do you get the same error when you try to merge it?
