When I try to merge with my acces-database by using the wizard, I get to see only the tables and not the query's when I open this database. Can anyone help me ?

The default connection method (OLEDB) cannot see certain types of query. If
you are using Word 2002 or 2003 you will probably need to change the way
Word connects to the data - check Word Tools|Options|General|"Confirm
conversion at open", go through the connection process again, and choose the
DDE option (or ODBC, it depends on the type of query) when it is offered.
