Contact name in Outlook is:
"Dr. Robert R Dentist Jr DDS"

When I do the mail merge I get:
"Dr. Robert Dentist"

I'll right click on the name in Word, then click Edit
Address Block, to select the format I want. Mr. Full Name
including "Jr."  Still no change even after updating field.
While still in the Edit Address Block, I click on match
fields and says there are no matching fields available for
suffix or middle name.  Why is that?  Can I get around this
another way?  Why does Word offer examples of using Mr.
Full Name Jr. if it's not available?

Thanks
Jim
