Web Layout design merging as text into email

I have designed a sheet with a theme and have a table which I would like to
merge into electronic mail. Unfortunately the mail body is becoming as text.

help please

Oops, I have fogotten to mention that I am using Office2000 and Windows XP
and Outlook Express as default Mailer.

Hi Hngil.Rishra,

Unfortunately, Word 2000 has no HTML capabilities for mail merge. You'd need
Word 2002 or 2003. OR, you'd need to use a different software to do the
merge. I believe you'll find a list at www.slipstick.com
