If you open the document and press Alt-F9, you should see some code within
special curly braces {}
If so, please can you tell us what the text between the {} is?
If not, please can you tell us how you are inserting this link?

Between the ( ) is the hyperlink and it's correct. But the
link doesn't take our customer to where we want them to go
in the website. In other words it's "broken." However,
when I copy and paste out of WORD into Outlook it works
fine. Works fine in WORD 97 as well. Heeeeeellllp ??

I was rather hoping you would tell us what the code actually was, so we
could, for example, try something similar. Is it an HTTP URL? What kind of
target does it have? an html document? A .doc? Does the destinatin
alsospecify a bookmark?
