MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / February 2004Mail Merge to Drafts
I was trying to do a mail merge to Email sending an attachment. I would also like to be able to edit the emails before they are sent to put some text in the body of the message along with the attachment. I cannot seem to find a way to send these merged items to Drafts instead of sending them right out to the server. Is there a way to do this? I am using Word 2000 on Windows 2000. Hi George, I'd say this depends on what program you're using to send the email. I can set Outlook to only send Email when I explicitly tell it to, for example.
