Does anyone know how to change the default in word to
read Province and Postal Code, rather than State and Zip
Code.  I know you can rename them, but to avoid this step
everytime you create a new list, it would be nice if it
default to Province and Postal Code.  Also would be
useful when inserting address block.

This is Word 2002 or 2003, I take it?

No, there's no way to change the defaults for the field
names Word suggests. OTOH, you don't HAVE to use a
Word-generated Access database as the data source. You
could, for example, set up a Word table "template" you can
use for lists. Or a workbook template in Excel. Just create
a new document (or workbook) from the template each time you
need a new list and type in the data. Excel has a "data
form" you can use if you prefer that kind of interface.
