When I mail merge letters (Word 2003) from an Excel 2003
database the numbers in the Excel document (e.g. 25,2)
will be merged in the Word mail merge letter with up to
20 decimals (e.g. 25,235560000000002223) I've tried to
change the Excel Format Cell to Text, but no success - it
still merges with the numerous confusing decimals. How
do I correct it? I don't want more than one decimal in
the merged letters. (Even if I select 'no decimals to be
shown' in Excel, I still have the merged problem in Word)
