One to many merge

How do I extract data from Access and merged them into a Word document? By the way the data that i intend to merge has a one-to-many relationship.

The easiest way is to use a report in Access using Grouping.

Word does not do it very well, but see the "Multiple items per condition"
item under the "Special merges" section of fellow MVP CIndy Meister's
website at
