I need to create library cards using Avery index cards. I
can find no instructions on how to merge documents other
than letters or addresses. On the Avery Wizard it has a
preset format that I need to change.  Anyone know how to
do these things?

This is a simple mailing label merge - see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm

The Avery wizard is a useless piece of software. Word does not need it. The
Avery outlines are pre-defined.

Doug Robbins - Word MVP - DELETE UPPERCASE CHARACTERS FROM EMAIL ADDRESS - 22 Feb 2004 02:11 GMT
Use a label type mailmerge, selecting the appropriate Avery number as the
type of lable to use.
