When I am making a sheet of labels, I will choose insert
address from address book.  When it inserts the address,
it fails to include the company name on the label.  How do
I fix this problem?
thanks

Hi Becky,

We've been struggling with this issue as well and I think we've foun
the answer.

If your Outlook contact has an entry for "country/region" (our's wa
United States of America) Word will not include the company name i
your envelope or label.  Deleting the country entry solved th
problem.

The country doesn't show up in the standard contact display in Outloo
unless it is different from your own.  You need to click on th
Business... button to see it.

Hope this helps.
