Hi,

I'm using Word 2002 (XP).

I'd like to be able to selectively print enclosures based
on data source values.  Basically, I'll be printing a
cover letter for everyone, but based info from the data
source, I'd like to print either an enclosure or a second
page and/or a second enclosure/third page, etc.  And just
to make it more interesting, those additional pages need
to contain merged data as well.  So recipient #1 will get
a cover letter and enclosure #3 and enclosure #6.
Recipient #2 will get the cover letter and may get
enclosure #3 & enclosure #5 and so on and so on.

I know I can't do this with Word as delivered.  Does
anyone know any third party add-on products which may be
able to help me with this?

Thanks,

David

I have no suggestions on a third party package, but have you tried using {
IF } fields and { INCLUDETEXT } fields to include the additional material
conditionally?
