I have a merge form letter and some records with data that
contain beginning and ending time mmyy.  I would love to
learn, if possible, how to sort these particular data
within the record will appear in the order of ending time
in acending order?
e.g.:
ITEM            Begin    End
a.               0601     0502
b.               0599     0602
c.               0502     0603

Thanks a bunch!

Which version of Word, what is the data source (Excel, text file, Word
file?) and what format is the time in? (Is it just a number, or is it part
of a date/time field)?

Typically you ought to be able to sort a numeric time just using Query
Options - if you are using WOrd 2002 or later, try opening the Recipients
dialog box, then click on the column header for the End time column, then
Advanced..., and take it from there.
