Merge to Email option

When using the merge to email option...
1. Emailed as attachment = OK
2. Emailed as text = OK
3. Emailed as HTML = the intended recipient does not
receive the merged doc.
Is there a log file I can access to see where it went?
Did it go anywhere?

I am using Lotus Notes; in this situation using option 1
or 2 above Notes opens and I just click send with no
problems. In situation 3 nothing appears to happen.

Any help on why the HTML option appears to disappear into
thin air?

All help appreciated.

As far as I can tell, e-mail as HTML only actually works with the full
Outlook. I suspect that in theory it could work with other e-mail packages
if they implemented the necessary interface and/or MAPI storage required to
hold the HTML, but I've never seen any details on exactly what interface is
required.

And you should obviously see an error message when these messages do not get
through. I'll ask about this and see if anything can be done.
