How do I tell what Data Source is used by a main document?

I have a bunch of "main documents" that I would like to open and determin which Access database (and table) is used by the document. I've looked theough File/Properties and didn't see anything
How can I determin this

I'm using Word 2002 SP-2

If you add the mail merge helper
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm) this displays the
data file detail.

Yeah, but is there a way to programmatically point to the database file and
table/query within the database so that the end user doesn't have to even
select the data source?
