I am trying to create a form that has multiple fields and
typing within each line.  When I type what I want in the
line and add a field and lock it, the typing and other
fields  move dependant on how many characters are placed
in the first field.  Can I make it where the typing and
other fields do not move ever???

Use a borderless table cell of fixed dimensions to hold the input data.

Place the fields inside the cells of a table with fixed cell dimensions.
