hello,
I want to mailmerge to my log table in access. there are about 2
entries and i want to display them in word in a list or table, row1 an
then row 2 and so on. Currently when I mailmerge I get ethier 20 page
with one row on each or I get to scroll 1 through 20 with just one ro
visible.
I find this hard to explain so i will give an example of how i want m
data to appear in word:
blogs joe 45 winter cresent 25/10/2003
doe john 11 summer drive 23/01/2000
blogs joe 45 winter cresent 25/10/2003
doe john 11 summer drive 23/01/2000

Use a Catalog or Directory type mailmerge main document.
