currently we mail amny letters to our church members on
amny different forms.  After upgradeing to Word 2002 sp2
we receive document out of bounds when printing.  When
answered OK the document prints fine.
We do not have extra staff to assign to respond to 500
printer messages nor do we desire to reformat all of our
documents.
is there any way to turn this message off?  Or override?

Set Word to autocorrect amny to many!

As for the problem of the print issue this is an issue relating to the way
that Word interfaces with the printer driver between different machines. If
you have an HP printer, run along to http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/ and
check for a driver update. If the problem is being experienced by
recipients, then the way to overcome the issue is to send out your letters
in PDF format for which you'll need extra software - there are some options
linked from the favourites page of my web site.
