I have essentially and data file with names and addresses. I would like to
print the data file to verify the information is correct. How do I
supressthe page breaks.
I have something like 80 different addresses and I am getting eithy
different pages.

Use a catalog merge (in Word 2000 or earlier) or Directory merge ( Word
2002 or later)

Use a Catalog or Directory type mailmerge main document.

Put all the fields in a directory/catalog merge document and it will print
them one after another.
