mail merge button ???

greetings & salutations,

this is amazingly basic but what happened to the mail
merge button under tools menu. I have none and have tried
reinstalls/updates/etc. anyone know another way to start
the mm process.

any ideas welcome.

From the Tools menu, select Customize and go to the Commands tab and then
select the Tools category and locate the Mailmerge Helper item from the list
of Command and then drag it back onto the Tools menu.
