MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2004Email merge with hyperlinks
My word file is in HTML and contains a number of images from our website plus hyperlinks in http:// and mailto: forms. After mailmerge to Outlook all of these hyperlinks have been stipped and only the text remains. The images have been converted to outbind objects from mergeformatinet I am using Windows XP with Word 2002 and Outlook 2002 Andrew, I had the same problem. I have included a link to the MS website which refers to this.
